After a successful career as Head of Events (MENA) for Barclays, Annie founded Bluefish in 2014 and has since grown the company into a much sought after boutique event management company in Dubai.

With over 15 years of experience in the events industry, Annie has led the strategic planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns across the MENA region. Under her leadership, Bluefish has produced events for clients including Huawei, Nestlé, Canon, Pepsico, DP World, and Barclays. Annie is recognized for her creative vision, operational expertise, and commitment to delivering seamless, results-driven experiences.

Ian Carless is an event producer and venue operator, best known as the founder of Warehouse Four, a 4,000 sq ft converted warehouse space in Dubai. Since its launch in 2016, Warehouse Four has hosted thousands of events ranging from brand activations and corporate workshops to film festivals and stand up comedy events. Prior to working in events, Ian spent 25 years working in broadcast television as a producer for a variety of broadcasters including MTV Asia, ESPN, Star TV and more.
